Your responsibilities

• Support of the management team as an internal consultant and a sparring partner
• Elaboration of internal and external reports
• Ensure target-oriented management in our sales department
• Responsibility for the timely completion and correct output of the Controlling processes
• Coordination of the planning and forecasting process with operative focus on sales controlling, including the used tools
• Collaboration in improvement and automation projects
• Collection and development of proposals for the improvement of Controlling processes and tools

Your profile

• Master’s degree in economics or business administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in controlling required
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to work across different departments as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives
• Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
