Position

Looking for a Head of Injection molding for a growing business in the in the areas of cable protection and cable connection.

Leading, developing & continuous improvement of our high tech injection molding department with more than 35 machines & 60 employees will be main priorities for this role.

Requirements

• Experienced (manufacturing) specialist in the field of plastic processing
• Profound knowledge in manufacturing management / professional experience in leadership skills
• Confident demeanor, assertiveness, flexibility
• Self-responsible and structured work style, solution-oriented, and team-oriented
• Good knowledge of German and Italian
